2. Do you handle eligibility checks and insurance setup?

Absolutely. We verify client eligibility, set up insurance in your system, and make sure claims go out clean to prevent unnecessary denials.

3. Do you follow up on client balances like copays, deductibles, or coinsurance?

Yes. We reach out directly to clients regarding balances, and we even offer payment plan options to help keep cash flow steady and client relationships positive.

4. How do you manage unpaid or denied claims?

Our team regularly works aging reports, unpaid claims, and denials. We track and appeal so that nothing slips through the cracks — and you can spend more time focusing on care, not chasing payments.

5. Can you help with credentialing?

We have a credentialing team that follows up with insurance companies on your applications and enrollment status, so you don’t get stuck in the limbo of “waiting to hear back.”

6. What exactly is “Full Revenue Payment Cycle Management”?

It means we cover the entire billing process: from verifying benefits and submitting claims, to posting payments, appealing denials, and collecting balances. You get full-service billing without having to juggle multiple vendors.

7. How often will I hear from you?

You’ll receive regular updates from your Account Manager plus real-time access to reports, so you’ll always know the status of your claims and collections.

8. What systems do you work with?

We support the most commonly used therapy EHRs and billing systems (like TherapyNotes and SimplePractice), and we’ll integrate smoothly into your existing workflow.

9. Do I have to handle anything myself?

Aside from your clinical documentation, we handle the rest. If there’s something we need (like signatures, treatment plans, or insurance responses), we’ll let you know right away.

10. How do I get started?

We’ll schedule a quick onboarding call, review your current setup, and get everything transitioned. Most practices are fully up and running with us within a few days.

11. What if I add more clinicians to my practice?

We scale with you. If you bring on additional providers, we’ll adjust your plan accordingly and make sure each clinician is set up correctly with payers, EHR systems, and reporting. You’ll never outgrow our service.

12. Can you support multi-state practices or providers licensed in more than one state?

Yes. Many of our clients see clients across state lines. We handle payer rules and address requirements to keep claims compliant, whether you’re practicing in one state or several.

13. Do you work with group practices as well as solo providers?

Absolutely. We support solo clinicians, small groups, and larger practices. Our systems and reporting are designed to give group owners visibility into both the big picture and individual provider performance.

14. Can you help if I transition from private pay to insurance billing (or vice versa)?

Yes. We assist with setup, credentialing, and workflow adjustments so the transition is as smooth as possible — whether you’re adding insurance panels or moving toward a cash-pay model.

15. What happens if my volume fluctuates (seasonally or as I grow)?

Our pricing is flexible and tied to your actual volume. Whether your caseload dips or you experience rapid growth, we adjust with you so you’re never overcharged.

16. Do you provide guidance beyond billing?

Billing is our specialty! We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and all our processes are HIPPA compliant. Your Account Manager recommend best practices, and connect you with credentialing support or other resources to help your practice grow.

17. Can you integrate with my existing accounting or reporting systems?

Yes. We provide regular reports and can align with your accounting team or software, so you don’t have to duplicate work.

18. What if I decide to leave your service in the future?

We don’t believe in “locking you in.” You’ll have access to your billing data, and we provide a clean hand-off if you ever choose to transition elsewhere. Most of our clients stay long term because they see the results, not because they’re stuck.
